George was the hus­band of Ma­ry Mc­Lell­an.

An ar­chi­tect, ar­tist, il­lus­trat­or, writ­er, de­co­rat­or and pipe organ de­sign­er, Auds­ley ex­celled in ma­ny fields.

He de­signed the or­gan in the John Wa­na­mak­er Store (now Ma­cy’s), Phi­la­del­phia, Penn­syl­van­ia.
