Biography

Frank was the son of Ad­el­bert Ed­win Al­la­ben and Sa­ra Ca­the­rine Al­la­ben.

He ed­it­ed the Jour­nal of Am­eri­can His­to­ry (1912–26) and wrote on ge­ne­aalo­gy and his­to­ry.
